Blue Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe

1  - 8 ounces vanilla yogurt

1 cup skim milk

1 frozen banana, cut into chunks

1 cup blue berries, fresh or frozen

Directions - Process all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Makes 4 1 cup servings

** As with anything you feed to your baby you need to make sure all the ingredients are okay for them to eat at any certain age. There are certain foods you need to avoid with certain aged babies. For example it's been said that peanut butter and honey are two foods that you need to wait on giving to your baby. Please check with your babies pediatrician with any new food or at the very least use your own best judgment. **
